Spotanski Creative Building Design & Drafting, LLC was founded in 2016. Primary services include architectural design and drafting for homeowners interested in building, remodeling, or expanding their current property; providing schematic drafting for construction contractors and journeymen in various trades using AutoCAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling) software; and providing detailed shop drawings of building components for construction crews.
I have decades of experience in diverse construction and architectural environments, hand drafting, AutoCAD experience, along with various other design softwares; including Form Z, SketchUp, Revit, and Building Design Suite (Autodesk).
